Why phytonutrients is good for our health?

Accumulating evidences suggest that consuming more fruits and vegetables could contribute both to medical nutrition therapies, as part of a package of treatments for many chronic disease such as  type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer and obesity, and to the prevention of these diseases. 

My next blog post will focusing more to this issue, plant based food, organic food and how the plant science should improves it. This theme I hope will improve our understanding of the complex relationship between plants, diet and health. I will post in Bahasa Indonesia :-)
